SYLVERIUS I. C. OKOLI Chairman
He held various top management positions in the
oil sector and also a former Director of a number
of Shell companies in Africa. He was Managing
Director of Shell Sierra Leone and National Oil
& Chemical Marketing Plc (now Conoil Plc).
He is currently the Executive Chairman of West
Africa Bitumen Emulsion Co. Limited (WABECO) and
Safeco Sierra Leone Limited (former Shell Sierra
Leone).

ISHAYA SHEKARI oon, mni Director
Had a distinguished career in the Nigerian
Air Force where he held various senior staff and
command appointments. He was also the Military
Administrator of Kano State and a one time Minister
of Special Duties. He is now in private business
and the Chairman of Lion Bank of Nigeria Plc.
He is also on the Board of other companies including,
Magami Trawlers Limited and Grand Cereals and
Oil Mills Ltd.

'LAITAN
ONOLAJA, OFR Director
He is a seasoned Chartered Engineer who has held
various appointments in the Federal Civil Service
before his voluntary retirement. He is now in
private business and on the Board of many companies,
including Nigeria Westminster Dredging and Marine
Limited. He is the Managing Director of Supreme
Savings & Loans Limited and the Chairman of
Web Access Resources Limited.

OLUWOLE
ABEGUNDE Director
Has varied experience in the manufacturing
and banking industries as well as the capital
market. He has handled responsibilities in brand
management, credit appraisal, fund management,
Stockbroking and capital issues. He was General
Manager of Investment Centre Limited a subsidiary
of Broad Bank Nigeria Limited and also worked
with NAL Bank Plc from where he joined Meristem
Securities Limited. He is an Associate of the
Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and
an authorised Dealer of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
