	OLUBUNMI KOLAWOLE OGUNTOYE, BSc, ACA, ACMR Managing Director/CEO (Registrar) He started his career as a Senior Accounts Supervisor and Cost Accountant with Guardian Press Ltd between 1991 and 1993 before moving to Atiba Iyalamu Savings and Loans Ltd where he worked in various departments of the mortgage institution and also rose through ranks to Branch Deputy Manager in 1997. He joined Trade Bank Plc in 1997 to set up the Registrar unit of the Bank which he successfully managed until 2006 before joining Meristem Registrars Ltd as Registrar/CEO in 2006.

	FOLA RAHEEM Deputy Registrar/Head of Operations Fola is a graduate of Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, now City University, Yaba, Lagos and also has PGD Management Sciences in view. He has acquired cognate working experience spanning more than 18years in the banking sector and in share registration business. While in A. G. Leventis Registrars Department, he was involved in big ticket registers of multi-national companies like Nigeria Bottling Co. Plc, A. G. Leventis Nig. Plc and the other companies in the Leventis Group. He participated in major public/rights offer engagements as an officer, where he left and became the Registrar of Corporate Diamond Securities & Investments Limited in year 2005. He, among others handled the Union Bank Nigeria Plc Public/Rights Offers of year 2005, Chartered Bank Plc Public Offer, 2005 and their subsequent merger with IBTC, Omega Bank Public Offer, 2005. He had acquired a number of certifications in information technology, aside other on-the-job trainings relevant to share registration and the Nigerian Capital Market. He presently leads our operations crew in his capacity as the Deputy Registrar and Head of Operations. He is married and has been blessed with Kids.

	JONATHAN BABAWALE AGBEYANGI - LLB, LLM, BL, ACS Head Administration/Company Secretary Babawale commenced his career in the capital market with Great AfricaTrust Limited in 1994, where he held several positions in stockbroking, credit and legal administration. His wealth of experience in the Capital Market, in addition to his background in Law paved way for his engagement as part of the pioneer management team of Meristem Registrars in 2004.
